Description
The Council is tendering a contract for a classroom replacement at Falkland Primary School, Andover Road, Newbury RG14 6NU.
Bidders must ONLY complete the 'PAS91 Questionnaire - Falkland Classroom Replacement' document for this first stage. Bidders who are successful at pre-qualification stage will be invited to tender for the contract.
Please note the ITT documents have been included but are FOR REFERENCE ONLY and should not be submitted during this first stage tender.
Description of the requirement:
The project comprises construction of a two-storey classroom block and single storey plant/storage building following demolition of existing modular classroom blocks, provision of a replacement netball court and associated hard and soft landscaping, including alterations to main car park and other associated works
