Description

The City Council is wishing to appoint a maximum of three Framework Partners to undertake electrical repairs & associated maintenance works.

The scope of works will include work on distribution boards, lighting, power, earthing, heating, hot water, showers, extractor fans and fire detection repairs. The work will mostly be within a residential property environment. It is envisaged the work will be within the Newcastle Upon Tyne area. The scope of the Framework will also allow for works within Commercial & Public Building properties.
