PIN: Accent are looking to procure heating services and maintenance for gas fired central heating installations and miscellaneous gas appliances in the North East Region from its recently launched Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) Encompass DPS - workstream Heating FTS Ref: 2022/S 000-000123.
• Annual Landlord Gas Safety Records (LGSR's) delivered through Price Per Test (PPT)
• Emergency & Routine heating repairs delivered through Schedule of Rates (SoR's)
