Description

The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham (hereafter refer to LBHF) is carrying out delivery of new affordable homes through the direct delivery programme as well as through its joint-venture with Stanhope. There are approximately 30 LBHF-owned sites with a capacity for approximately800 homes. LBHF wises to develop these as affordable housing in partnership with developers.
The priorities are to:
• Create more affordable homes, with nominations to LBFH;
• Deliver these homes as soon as possible;
• Create use of LBHF's subsidy (S106, capital receipts and Right to Buy receipts).
