Description
Dear partner,
Invitation to market engagement event - Transformation of the young people's housing-related support pathway
It is an exciting time in Lambeth's Supported Housing Commissioning team, with work underway to radically transform our housing-related support pathway for young people including those who are homeless, 16/17-year-old children who are looked after, and care leavers.
By April 2023, we will have commissioned a completely new, innovative, co-designed and co-produced four-stage pathway.
We believe joint working between expert partner organisations is how we can truly make a difference to the lives of Lambeth young people. As such, we welcome involvement from all services working with young people whether that be accommodation-based, homelessness, Lambeth's community organisations, health, Metropolitan Police, Community Safety, domestic abuse, gang exiting or contextual harm.
We want to meet with you, share our plans and get your feedback. To do this, we will be holding two market engagement events on the following dates:
• Wednesday 8 September at 11am
• Monday 20 September at 12pm
The aim of the events will be to provide further information on the vision for Lambeth, the procurement process, and an opportunity for you to ask questions.
Note these events will have identical agendas, and the anticipation is that each provider would attend a single event only.

Our new pathway will be broken down into four-stages

• Pathway Social Worker
Successful moves into independent living:
