Description

The Purchaser is inviting tenders on the terms set out in the procurement documents for the two Lots of refurbishment works as follows: Lot 1 - Refurbishment of the Pendle and Grizedale student accommodation blocks, including but not limited to stairwells, circulation, kitchens, M&E upgrades and minor external works as detailed in the Specification. Estimated net construction value is circa £2,000,000. Lot 2 - Refurbishment of Graduate College Houses 3 and 9 student accommodation blocks, including but not limited to kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and M&E upgrades as detailed in the Specification. Estimated net construction value is circa £1,500,000. The location of the site (for both Lots) is Bailrigg Campus, Lancaster, LA1 4YW. Bidders may bid for one OR both Lots, but the Purchaser will not award more than one Lot to a single Bidder. The successful tenderers awarded a contract must be fully available to mobilise so as to commence work on site on 10th July 2018 and complete by 14th September 2018. These dates apply equally to both Lots.

The University will host an accompanied site visit 27th April 2018 @ 10am for Lot 1 and 11.15 am for Lot 2. Please refer to the procurement documents for full details.
