Worcestershire Libraries, part of Worcestershire County Council (WCC) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI), seeking contribution from potential providers of software that provide Event Management and Room Booking. Presently processing room booking requests is managed by each Library Manager, the current arrangements for room and event booking involve several manual steps and are heavily email driven.
