Scope Overview:
The Town Council proposes to build a Memorial Wall at the cemetery off Hightown Road (to provide niches for the temporary storage of cremated remains as an alternative to interment; the two existing Gardens of Rest being nearly full.

Care will be required to avoid damage to or disturbance of nearby graves and memorials and tree canopies and roots.
