Description

London Borough of Richmond is seeking a Service Desk to manage desktop support of Library Public Network devices. The Contractor is required to provide remote support to public devices across 12 sites, with onsite support at no additional cost when required. The Contractor may also be asked to provide a centralised helpdesk to provide a "one-stop" contact point for Library staff for Public Network devices. This would require them to log and monitor calls with third party suppliers, only closing them once the underlying issue is resolved. The Contractor may also be asked on occasion to provide additional services on a call-off basis.
