Description

Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) is seeking to invite Applicants to apply to join its Open Select List for Building Based Day Care Services to support adults aged 18 and over with eligible social care needs who are ordinary residents of Lincolnshire. This procurement is being undertaken in line with Chapter 3, Section 7 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
In establishing the Open Select List, Lincolnshire County Council are seeking to develop consistent contractual arrangements for all externally commissioned building based day services, incorporating a standardised specification and pricing mechanism that enables the Council to commission flexible, responsive services from a variety of providers, that meet the needs of the customers and which promotes choice for customers across Lincolnshire .
LCC is keen to maintain existing services under the Open Select List and would encourage existing providers to apply, as well as potential new providers.

Lincolnshire County Council is holding two provider engagement events, which will enable information to be shared with interested providers, to discuss the purpose of the procurement and the process to be followed,
The engagement events will be held as follows:
Wednesday 27th June @ 9:30am until 12:00
GRANTHAM, Ramada Hotel, Toll Bar Rd, Marston NG32 2HT.
Thursday 28th June @ 9:30am until 12:00
LINCOLN, Bentley Hotel, Newark Rd, South Hykeham, Lincoln LN6 9NH.
To ensure there is sufficient capacity for all interested providers who wish to attend; please only send one representative from your organisation to either of the events.
