Description

North Block Regeneration Works for the Town Square procured via Scape Framework. Specific works will include transformation of 2 derilict floors into Co-working space, including new event space. Creation of 2 new F and B units and 2 new retail units. Creation of three storey glass fronted reception, creation of break out areas to the rear elvelvation. Works to bring the building to DDA standards, including ramps and lift.
