Description
Plymouth City Council is entering a contract with the Department for Education (DfE) to deliver learning provision which improves the functional numeracy skills of adults through the Multiply initiative. Provision or activities under this specification should support the government's aim of providing everyone the opportunity to learn and develop the essential skills they need to succeed at any age.
