Description

The London Borough of Hillingdon owns a housing stock of approximately 13,000 properties located on a number of estates within the geographical area of the Borough. The Council also provides services to residents from a number of corporate buildings, libraries, theatres, day centres and children's homes.
The London Borough of Hillingdon wishes to appoint an experienced service provider for the servicing and maintenance of fire systems, fire protection devices and intruder alarms ensuring compliance with all relevant industry, manufacturers and safety standards. The resulting contract will cover general needs housing, sheltered and supporting housing owned by the Council as well as corporate sites.
A Remote Monitoring Service (365/24/7) for Intruder alarm and Fire Detection Systems are a requirement.
Contract Period
The Contract will be for a period of two (2) years with options to extend for a further one (1) year subject to the requirements of the service and the performance of the contractor.
London Borough of Hillingdon does not provide any guarantee or assurance in respect of the annual value or volumes of work generated / procured under this contract.
