Description

Role responsibilities
- Develop customer change plans to deliver the outcomes of projects
- Project management of activities and campaigns
- Develop marketing and customer change products and resources required for projects and initiatives to support businesses to make needed changes for continuing to import goods from the EU (heavy weighting on this aspect)
- Responsible for developing and delivering the communication plan of activity alongside project / programme teams
- Work closely with project/programme teams, partner organisations, OGD for delivering joint communications activities/campaigns
- Work with stakeholder engagement team to deliver customer change activities
- Responsible for delivering creative messaging for the full customer campaign cycle
- Lead on content developments and manage approvals for customer products
- Manage the reach of communications and success measurement to build into future project / programme communications
