Description

Teesside University, in accordance with its recent masterplan, intends to build a 300 bed space new student residential accommodation on the current Cornell car park on the corner of Southfield Road and Woodlands Road at its Middlesbrough Campus.

The new student quarter will enhance people's perception of the University, harmonise with its surroundings and provide an attractive, high quality residential facility for students.

The accommodation will be a key element of the campus experience, primarily for the student's living there, but also an indicator of the overall quality and aspirations of the University.

The accommodation will have a designed life expectancy of 60 years with minimal maintenance and running costs.
