Description

The National Lottery Community Fund (the Fund) launched a strategy renewal process in April 2022 with the aim of establishing an ambitious new strategy that enables us to support communities to thrive over the next 10 years.

The Fund is seeking consultancy services to work with the Strategy Renewal Team, Senior Management Team, evaluation team and knowledge and learning colleagues to better understand and map the Fund's role in contributing to the development of thriving communities.

The outcome we are seeking is a better shared understanding across the Fund of our
role in supporting thriving communities. This will inform the decisions we are taking as part of the Strategy Renewal in relation to our strategic goals, vision and purpose and specific strategy commitments. It will also provide the basis for refreshing and
improving our approach to evidence and impact, which may include developing an
impact framework.

This will be a four month contract until 01st March 2023. The maximum budget for this procurement is £30,000 including expenses (excluding VAT).

This contract will be subject to the Fund's standard terms and conditions. These can be accessed via the following link: https://www.tnlcommunityfund.org.uk/about/customer-service/supplier-zone/terms-and-conditions (this contract will be subject to our terms and conditions for over £10,000). A submission received as part of this tender process shall constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions, so bidders are advised to review these with their legal team whilst the tender is still live.

This tender will be conducted on BravoSolution, the Fund's chosen e-tendering platform. In order to access the tender, bidders will first need to register themselves on the portal. This can be done via the following link: https://tnlcommunityfund.bravosolution.co.uk/
