Body Removals is to provide a rapid and effective response when called upon by the Coroner, or officers acting on his behalf, to remove a body from the place of death and transporting it directly to the coroners nominated mortuary. Body Storage is for the storage of bodies that either do not require a post mortem or for overflow where the nominated mortuary is not available.
