Description

This framework shall cover plastering, brickwork, small roofing projects, joinery & glazing within the University, jobs will range in size and complexity however the vast majority of the work shall maintenance work as opposed to new build. Details of the specific requirements can be found in Schedule 1: Specification. This tender will be split into two lots, of which suppliers can either bid for one or both. The disciplines shall consist of:

Lot 1: General Building (Plastering, Brickwork & Small Roofing Works)
Lot 2: Joinery & Glazing

This tender is being conducted electronically using the Lancaster University e-tendering system which can be found at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/lancaster/
