Description

NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) on behalf of NHS North Norfolk Clinical Commissioning Group (the Lead Commissioner), NHS South Norfolk Clinical Commissioning Group and NHS Norwich Clinical Commissioning Group (referred to as the Commissioners) is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver the Services, comprising High Intensity User Support Service for a period of 5 years from 1st August 2019 and with an optional extension of a further 2 years.
