Description
Petersfield Town Council received RIBA 3 planning approval for the refurbishment of the Festival Hall which is currently a hall for hire but fast becoming the central focal point for all kinds of performances and community events. Before they embarked on what could be a £20m refurbishment, as part of a business plan, they wish to engage a consultant to carry out a full economic and cultural benefit study in line with the Governments Green Book and DCMS guidelines.
