Description

NWUPC is establishing a multi-provider Framework Agreement on behalf of members of APUC, CPC, HEPCW, LUPC, NEUPC, NWUPC and SUPC for Residential Textiles, Starter Packs and Window Coverings as a successor to the current Soft Furnishings Framework Agreement.
The Framework Agreement is divided into twenty-nine (29) lots as follows:
Lot 1- Bedding and Bathroom Textiles and Associated Student Accommodation Products
Lot 2- Kitchen Starter Packs and Associated Kitchenware
Lots 1 and 2 are for national supply of the above stated requirements to current and future member institutions of the participating consortia across the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Lots 3-29 cover the supply, installation, and maintenance of Window Coverings on a regional basis. Please see the tender documents for the regional division of lots.
This Framework Agreement will commence on 1st March 2022 for an initial period of twenty-four
(24) months until 29th February 2024 with the option to extend the Agreement for two periods of twelve (12) months until 28th February 2026 subject to satisfactory Economic Operator performance.
