Description
The London Borough of Hackney, City of London Corporation and the City and Hackney Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) wishes to engage/work in partnership with Providers to deliver a range of Short Breaks services for disabled children and young people in the City and Hackney. The aim of the Disabled Children's Service is to promote and provide a range of high quality, responsive, cost effective services which are available in the local area for disabled children and their families/carers to assist them in attaining and maintaining their optimum quality of life. The London Borough of Hackney and it Partners are seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Short Breaks for Disabled Children and Young People. The DPS will replace the existing Framework Agreement. The DPS will comprise of six (6) Categories which are as follows: Category 1 - Holiday play-schemes, Category 2 - After school clubs/activities, Category 3 - Weekend clubs activities, Category 4 - Teenage clubs/provision, Category 5 - Outreach-based 1:1 activities and Category 6 - Highly Specialist needs 1:1. The DPS will be for a period of five (5) years with an estimated value of £2.14 million. It is intended that the DPS will commence in November 2019. We welcomes organisations that can provide high quality and cost effective services under one or more Categories. It is of key importance that the DPS meets all requirements including reliability, quality, cost, and appropriate health safety measures.
