Description
Milton Keynes Council is running this soft market test to help us gain an understanding of the market and current technological capabilities to help us inform the strategy for Council's Hybrid Post Solution to:
• reduce the quantity and cost of paper-based communication (to help deliver MK Sustainability Strategy, 2019-2050)
• Improve Customer Service and the efficiency of all services - Customers have told us they prefer digital contact methods
• Nudge/influence channel shift to online contact methods that avoids post service altogether
• To make financial savings to help MKC maintain a well-managed and balanced budget.
If your organisation is able to contribute to this exercise please complete the questions in soft market testing document and return, via messaging facility on the Procurement Portal (ProContract) by 12:00; 10th August 2020.
Please note: this market testing exercise is not an invitation to tender or a request for formal expressions of interest. This document does not form any part of an invitation to tender. Milton Keynes Council (MKC) is issuing this request for information only. Any supplier invited to present to MKC is doing so to support market research only and to help make any potential procurement process more focused and efficient. No supplier selection or supplier preference is implied.
