Description
Further Competition from Internal Framework - KMCPRP-139 Framework for the Provision of Construction Related Consultancy Services.
A Further Competition was run by Kirklees for the provision of Red Book report valuations for each property application whether that be freehold or leasehold and subject to an inspection of each property. The valuer will advise on any issues/concerns arising from that inspection and also have a good knowledge of the local housing market and of all types of defective housing types.
Where required (and not on every occasion but on request) the valuer shall also provide a full EPC certificate where the inspection for that function shall be at the same time as the valuation survey on a one appointment basis.
The contract will run for a 2-year period from 1 July 2021
