Description
Roofing Replacement and Associated works include the removal of the existing roof coverings to the Listed Mill and the replacement of new coverings, rooflights, rainwater goods and associated strengthening works and drainage works. More information and all tender documents available on www.the-chest.org.uk.An application for funding from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) was submitted by Salford City Council on the 31st January 2020. A decision on this application is expected in late August/early September. The appointment of the building contractor on this project will be subject to securing the ERDF funding.
