Description
Warrington Borough Council has operated a taxi marshal service on Friday nights in to Saturday morning and Saturday night in to Sunday morning along with some bank holiday provision. The marshal provision is designed to ensure that people using the ranks are able to access hackney carriage vehicles in a safe and orderly manner, reducing the potential for conflict and anti-social behaviour. Marshals are also required to provide intelligence to the Council on emerging issues that may negatively impact the night time economy.
