Description
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service (HIWFRS) have awarded a contract via direct award route to Julie Rice HR Consultancy Services for the value of £45,000. Julie Rice has successfully carried out a very similar piece of work for HIWFRS already and has a good understanding of the organisation. A process was carried out previously which involved obtaining 3 quotes from HR consultants and subsequent interviews from which Julie Rice was appointed. She has built the necessary contacts and relationships across the Service.
