Description

1.8 East Kent Hospitals University Foundation Trust is currently seeking an electronic tracking system to record and provide reports of the decontamination of flexible endoscopes for the Urology department.

This is to provide high levels of electronic traceability whilst reducing the administrative burden on the department compared to the current system in use (paper based). It is the intention that the supplier provides the hardware, software, any necessary training and maintenance/support to facilitate the solution offered. The systems will be installed in Urology, Kent & Canterbury and Urology, Royal Victoria Hospital. The department and hardware might be subject to varying levels of relocation and changes in services in the future.
