Description
NCH invites you to tender for the Maintenance of all District Heating connections to properties managed by Nottingham City Homes on behalf of Nottingham City Council. Tenderers shall be expected to complete Planned Practice Maintenance on a biennial basis to all properties, and a Response Maintenance service where required to deal with repairs, faults, or areas of concern, and prioritised based on the nature of the issue.
Nottingham City Homes (NCH) is responsible for the maintenance of the heating and hot water generation equipment in approximately 3000 dwellings in St Anns, Sneinton and the Victoria Centre which enjoy the benefit of being connected to the District Heating scheme. NCH are then also responsible for two plant rooms which feed two separate apartment blocks.
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is carried out every 2 years in each of these 3000 properties. Response Maintenance (RM) is then undertaken dependant on the nature of the issue, based on KPI timescales.
