Description

We are looking for a consultant or organisation to carry out a Summative Assessment to satisfy ERDF compliance to be completed by the end of June 2023.

The Summative Assessment required by our funders should be underpinned by a programme of active and planned engagement with project beneficiaries and the project team. This will culminate in a final evaluation on conclusion of the project which will focus on assessing overall impact and lessons learned which might inform the design of future projects.

A summative assessment is a specific requirement of our funders and must be completed by the end of June 2023. It will be impact based and undertaken according to the funder's common framework and methodology, a link to which is included in this specification.
