Description
TfL are intending to carry out a tender in order to appoint a consultant to identify a full Target Operating Model that will create a fit for purpose FM service that manages appropriate risks and ensures good services.
The scope of this requirement is as follows:
• Complete a needs analysis of the AM business.
• This will require a review of the current business strategy, current operating model, review of property types, current budget and FM spend, review of lease and legal position.
• Meet stakeholders to complete a needs analysis.
• Compile a review of needs analysis to aid prioritisation and coordination.
• Complete a review and design a Target Operating Model reflecting industry practice for our asset and industry type.
• Any short-term fixes identified - relay to FM lead.
• Work with FM lead to help manage expectations.
• Update Head of Department (HOD) each week on findings, risks and progress.
• Be open and honest on findings.
• Complete a gap analysis and roadmap for transition to the new model.
• Compile a recommendation report including costing for said recommendation, present to HOD.
