Description
Keyworth Parish Council is currently pricing the change of use of the field, located to the south west of Keyworth, within the green belt, to a burial ground extension.
The field is currently a wildflower meadow and is accessed from the existing car park that serves the cemetery adjacent to Wysall Lane.
The project comprises:
Groundworks
Excavation of ground to accommodate new pathways and car park. Excavated earth to be used to grade ground and level out ridge and furrow. Surplus earth spread over rest of wildflower meadow.
Laying new car park and footpath as drawings.
Removal of boundary hedge as drawings.
Raising manhole as drawings.
Fencing
Dismantle existing compound and reconstruct in new position as drawings.
New gate to wildflower meadow.
New post and rail fence to form new boundary as drawings.
