Description

The Council is seeking a contract for the provision of Treasury Management advice.
The contract would include but is not limited to:
Support for production of statutory reporting requirements, (such as the treasury management investment/capital strategy, mid-year and year end reviews and Prudential Indicators) in line with MHCLG and CIPFA recommendations, with associated background data, interest rate forecasts and counterparty creditworthiness information.
Investment and debt management/funding advice in relation to the treasury management strategy and specific projects. This would take into account the requirement to bridge future years' budget shortfalls. It may include the type/length of borrowings and investments, the scheduling of maturities, and yield, in order to obtain best value while working within CIPFA guidelines of Security, Liquidity and Yield (in that order).
