Description
The requirement is to provide spectator seating for the RAF Officer Training Academy's graduations. The total spectator seating will vary according to the number of cadets graduating on each occasion and could potentially be between 120 to 600 spectators. Therefore, the seating capacity must be sufficiently flexible and adaptable to cater for each graduation. The maximum number of graduations per year will be eight at an approximate interval of one every six weeks.
