Description
HSE requires TMS/CRM that meets the following requirements:
System/user functionality
• Sales pipeline, enquiry and lead tracking functionality.
• Course management list providing users with a view of course title, date(s), locations and uptake.
• Option to add custom fields to courses and products (e.g. category/ies, course owner, related task tracking etc).
• Ability to assign courses, leads and enquiries to users and create user-based task lists.
• Delegate management functionality to show current / past bookings, transaction history, communications, certificates issued, notes and additional information.
• Fully customisable booking fields to collect course booker and delegate information, and additional data such as industry sector, job role, marketing questions etc.
• Multiple payment method options (i.e. credit / debit card and invoicing), with the requirement to upload documents as part of the booking process (i.e. copies of purchase orders for invoice payments).
• Ability to process an unlimited number of courses, delegates and client records.
• Ability to assign different levels of user permission / access, including viewing courses of specific categories, read-only access etc.
• Automated communications including booking confirmations / receipts, joining instructions and follow up emails. HSE must be able to customise and add new templates for different courses and activities.
• Option to manually communicate en masse with delegates and clients by course or type, by email and/or SMS.
• Automatic generation of delegate certificates for batch printing and/or emailing, using HSE's own certificate template(s).
• Ability to bulk upload / import customer and client records into the solution.
• Ability to extract / export / download all data from the solution at any time into a commonly readable format (e.g. CSV, XLS etc).
• The following self-service reporting functionality...
o Standard / pre-built reports - including but not limited to course viability, delegate attendance, registration documents, financial performance, sales pipeline, customer information.
o Custom reports - customisable query fields including finance, invoicing, delegate and customer information, and custom fields such as customer type and course category.
o Reports exportable in formats such as XLS, CSV etc.
o Optional integration with HSE data reporting and visualiastion platforms (i.e. Microsoft PowerBI)
