Description
Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (the Trust) requires an ongoing, expert Helpdesk System to ensure continued operation and to enhance the customer support due to better customer visibility, increased productivity, team-collaboration and richer reporting.
In the event of a failure, the Helpdesk System could become inoperable, which would significantly increase the risk of the hospital staff not being able to access the system.
To prevent such scenarios and ensure the continued functionality of the helpdesk system, the Trust has entered into a 12-month service agreement with Freshworks Inc via the G-Cloud 14 Framework.
