Description

Cefas require a quotation for the provision to provide an Electronic Safety Data Sheet (SDS) Management software solution. Features must include:

•Automated updates (when new SDS become available)
•Automatic notification of updates via email to groups and individuals
•Provision of a comparison service for updated SDS
•Multiple access permissions for users/system administrators as defined by Cefas
•Search functions searchable by a variety of means e.g. CAS, EINCS, chemical name, synonym H-Statement etc.
•Production of customisable reports e.g. locations, quantities, classifications.
•Production of printable substance emergency response cards
•SDS authoring
•Simultaneous access for 10 users
•Up to 3000 SDS
