Description

The Science Museum Group is looking to appoint a lead consultant with experience of designing and managing the installation of steam generation plant for an upcoming project at the Science & Industry Museum in Manchester. It is the aim of the project to carry out the work necessary to reinstate the steam generation and steam infrastructure to the historic working machines identified in the reinterpretation of the Power Hall building; whilst complying with all the relevant legislation to allow for live steam operation of the historic machinery.
