Description

Breckland Council are working in partnership with Historic England to develop and deliver schemes that will transform and restore disused and dilapidated buildings into new homes, shops, workplaces and community spaces, restoring local historic character and improving the public realm. As part of this work the council are looking for a contractor to review the Swaffham Conservation area appraisal that was adopted by Breckland Council in 1974.
