Description

ACCELERATED OPEN PROCEDURE

Goldsmiths, University of London ("Goldsmiths") are seeking to appoint a new specialist Lift Maintenance Services Provider to provide a planned and reactive maintenance and repair provision for the fleet of lifts on its Estate.

The Contractor (i.e. winning tenderer) will provide Goldsmiths with a professionally-managed, high quality preventative maintenance service for all designated lifts within the Goldsmiths Premises. This will include Regular maintenance of the designated lifts, including attendances for adjustments, repairs, regular servicing and preventative maintenance, requests for attendance and emergency call outs.

For the purposes of this exercise lifts will include but not be limited to:- Passenger Lifts, Goods Lifts, Hoists, Stairlifts and Platform Lifts.
