Description

Provision of reinstatement cost assessments of the 30 property assets within Staffordshire Pension Fund Direct Property Portfolio, geographically spread throughout the country, including a desktop inflationary update in July for the following two years. Total Declared Value as at the end of Q2 2022 for each property. The figures are to be used in connection with a regular revaluation for insurance purposes and can be provided in Schedule Form with figures/calculations and comments as necessary. For those properties where no Measured Survey is available, measurement of the gross areas will be required. Two desktop updates, to be provided 31 July 2023 and 31 July 2024.
