Description
The works shall include demolition and full removal of all material on site including removal of foundations and all hard landscaping (hard standing to include for all paving directly attached or connected to the building as per tendered plans. Demolition works will also comprise any LHP owned outbuildings that are associated with the blocks to be demolished. Site to be left levelled and clear with firm earthed covering (tops soil and seeded where new earth is set).\r
