Description
This Call-Off Contract i.e. the direct award within the G-Cloud 12 framework is for the provision of Services under Lot 2: Cloud software. Access to a secure cloud-based platform enabling the collection of attendance and attainment data for vulnerable cohorts of children including reporting and analytics.
The aim of the service is to collect the daily school attendance marks of children in the care of Hampshire County Council (HCC) where it is not possible for the Data and Information Team (DaIT) to do this.
The HCC require the services of a provider to contact schools on a daily basis (by phone) to collect school attendance marks on our behalf (in the specific circumstances detailed) and send them securely and electronically to the HCC Data and Information Team. The daily data collection is required in term time only.
