Description
The works described in this Specification shall comprise the following Electrical Services associated with Chestnut House, Oak House and Rowan Houses.
o Incoming Electricity Supply and main panel to new location (currently generator room).
o Builder works and making good.
o Removal of generator, associated switch gear and cabling.
o Distribution Installation and distribution boards.
o Building Sub-main cabling.
o Installation of LED dimmable lighting.
o Installation of LED emergency (dimmable in normal state) lighting.
o Rewire of ALL lighting and power final circuits.
o Installation of LED street lighting to carpark.
o Earthing and bonding.
o TV Trunking upgrade.
o Testing and commissioning.
o "As Fitted" drawings and maintenance manual.
o Removal of the any redundant electrical equipment, containment and cabling found during
these works.
