Description

Within the Environment Agency we have approx. 1,300 Project Delivery staff including approximately 700 full time project delivery professionals and 600 part time project delivery roles. We deliver a variety of change initiatives (project, programmes, portfolios and transformational change) of varying scale, subject matter and risk. Our Project Delivery staff undertake a variety of projects, programmes and portfolios roles and range in knowledge and experience.

This lot is to provide learning for all our project, programme and portfolio management learning needs. This will include a range of Axelos, APM, AMPG and Government Digital Services accredited training, with associated professional examinations as well as innovative learning solutions and the ability to source or develop new learning solution as project delivery best practice and methodology evolves. Please refer to Pricing Schedule for examples from our current curriculum.
The Provider must be able to deliver commercial off the shelf training to the accredited governing bodies standard and using accredited trainers (e.g. axelos, APM, APMG etc. where required). Additionally detail and examples of innovative approaches used in training and learning to motivate, fit different learning styles, while providing evidence that learning is actually taking place is required. The provider must be able to delivery innovative alternatives such as elearning, our preferred learning solution, complemented with traditional classroom-based training. Innovative approaches are especially welcomed where it reduces environmental impact without detriment to the learning that takes place. Additional learning resources e.g. webinars, forums, networks and mentoring would be useful
