Description
Manchester City Council is prepared to receive tenders for Provision of Neighbourhood Services Case Management requirements which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed.
The Initial Contract term will be for 3 years with the option to extend for up to an additional 2 years. The 3 year contract term will commence following successful implementation of the solution (i.e. 'Go-Live'). The new case management system should allow the following business capabilities:
