The site is a designated SINC and green corridor.
Sympathetic clearance of vegetation (mainly holly) to and around the base of trees (360 degrees) within the banks adjacent to The Park and Southwood Lane N6 to allow full further inspection of individual trees. Also girdling of ivy 2m from base and removal of epinastic growth to allow inspection of the stem.
Any vegetation pushing out onto the footway remove and lift 2.5m clearance
Majority of arisings to be removed (some stacking on site - can be determined once awarded).
Site specific wildlife surveys need to be carried out prior to any works.
Do not place a bid if you are not able to complete the work prior to end of February 2024.
