• Provision of voice calls
• Provision of a voicemail service
• Provision of short-code/extension dialling. Closed number group facilities
• Ability to prevent the receipt of unsolicited calls and text messages
• Ability to bar by default for all connections unless by exception:
o International voice calls
o International voice and data roaming
o Premium rate calls and SMS services
o Non-geographic numbers (excluding 0300, 0845 and 0800 which must all be included)
• MMS messages
• Provision of texts (SMS)
• Provision of a data service: 4G as default, 3G by exception, 5G plans
