Description

Blackpool Council is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to deliver all elements of the highways and public realm improvements to 1 important street in Blackpool Town Centre. This section of the HVM installation Scheme will potentially cover the provision and installation of PAS 68 equipment on Promenade (o/s front of the Tower), and will encompass the following works

• Provision and installation of approved PAS 68 bollards
• Reinstatement of the areas
• Undertake testing and provide certification of the installations to PAS 69 standards
• Liaison with stakeholders and the public
• Traffic management
• Disposal of any materials removed as part of the works
