Description

Newark & Sherwood District Council wish to appoint suitably experienced consultants to undertake community engagement, master-planning and report writing for the Ollerton and Boughton Neighbourhood Study. The Study is the third neighbourhood study delivered by the Council. These are a comprehensive assessment of an area that work with residents and stakeholders to create a shared vision/ delivery plan for future investment. This study comprises of two work packages; People and Place. The People element focuses on engagement with residents to identify and respond to local challenges. This in turn supports the Place element which should set out a master-plan for an allocated site and provide an in-depth delivery programme, agreed with stakeholders. It is also expected that consultants for the Place element will provide a final report. Consultants are invited to submit a quotation for either one or both work packages. If a consultant wishes to submit a quotation for both they must provide separately costed proposals.
